Today’s world demands more from our mind than it was ever designed to handle.

Constant unpredictability, relentless distraction, and the acceleration of modern business have made chronic mental overload the new baseline. We’ve normalised the fatigue. We’ve mistaken 'grinding through' for competence.

But on the inside, the cost is mounting: decision fatigue, brain fog, reactive leadership, and a subtle but steady depletion of our mental edge.

We’ve been trained to lead others and organisations, but we’ve never been taught how to manage the very organ that makes it possible.

Clarity, calm, and cognitive resilience are not traits you're born with - they are skills you build. My work bridges the gap between high-level neuroscience and high-stakes leadership, using techniques I have learnt & applied on myself.

My Story

For years, my life looked strong and successful from the outside. I built a demanding corporate career, worked through cancer, hit my milestones, and kept moving forward. Surviving cancer changed me forever, it showed me that caring for the body alone is not enough; the mind must be trained with equal intention. As I became a mother of two while holding senior leadership roles, I grew deeply curious about stress, recovery, and resilience, practicing mindfulness and mental training long before I changed careers.

The defining shift came when my mother developed Parkinson’s and later underwent brain surgery. Seeing how profoundly brain health shapes personality, behaviour, and quality of life pushed me to step away from corporate life and study the brain deeply. Today, I combine my PhD research in mind-body medicine, neuroscience, and my lived experience to help individuals and leaders train their minds - using the same guided neural protocols that helped me build calm, clarity, and control under pressure. Through my work and my podcast THINK SHIFT with Mantazh’, I am driven by a deeply personal mission:

A Billion Better Brains - because I’ve seen what happens when the mind is neglected, and what becomes possible when it’s trained with care.
